What makes these cookies so special?
A: I have been on a search for the perfect sugar cookie for half of my life, and I believe that I have found it! Each cookie is baked with love using fresh ingredients. My goal is to make my cookies taste as good as they look. Each cookie is hand-decorated with great care! It's a time-sensitive process, and a labor of love that results in amazing looking cookies! I make the time and pay attention to the details to make each cookie look AND TASTE really great, for you!
What are the ingredients of the cookies?
A: Cookies are baked with: flour, butter, sugar, eggs, pure vanilla extract, almond emulsion, and salt, and baking powder. Icing includes: powdered sugar, meringue powder, flavoring, and water. A list of allergens will be provided with each order. Even if a cookie doesn’t have peanuts, it is produced in a kitchen with peanuts. ALLERGENS: NUT, WHEAT, EGG, DAIRY.
Is your kitchen registered to produce and sell cookies?
A: Per Texas law, home bakeries do not need to be certified or inspected. The cookies come from my own kitchen, which is kept clean. We do have one pet dog (she's a Cockapoo), but she doesn't shed!
What is the minimum order on a custom order or a cookie favor order?
A: The minimum order is 1 dozen (12 cookies), unless I am offering special packages for holidays, teacher gifts, etc.
Help! I'm a procrastinator and I totally need cookies for my event in a couple days. Will you take the order?!?
A: While I do ask for a certain amount of notice (at least 3 weeks) on all orders…I am always happy to help in a cookie emergency. Call me right away and I’ll do what I can to add you to the baking schedule! I don’t like to say no to anyone unless it’s physically impossible to get the order completed in time!
How much is a cookie?
A: Cookie prices vary and are based on the size and design of the cookie. Cookie prices average $4, depending on the complexity of the design. While many of my cookies can be personalized at no charge, significant changes to a cookie design or colors may result in a slight price increase.

You may also message me through my Facebook page if that is easier for you. Please include the following details with your order: name, email, and desired items. Please do not include any payment information in an email; once your order is confirmed, we’ll work out the payment details.
How do I pay for my order?
A: Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, debit/credit cards, check or cash. Checks can be made out to Kim Gonzales. If you require an invoice, please note that in your order details. 50% deposit is due when you place your order, and the remainder of the payment is due at pickup.
Do you offer any discounts?
A: I do not offer discounts, but will work to find a cookie option that fits your budget, if possible.
