Cookie Care

How to care for your cookies

Heat-sealed cookies will stay fresh for up to two (three, but will be a bit dry) weeks from the date of your pickup if kept at room temperature.

To enjoy cookies in their best condition, do not store them in direct sunlight or the refrigerator. Condensation can form within the bag which will affect the icing & the quality of the cookie.

Cookies can also be preserved longer by freezing! To freeze, simply keep the cookies in their heat-sealed bag & place them in a large plastic container with a lid (such as Tupperware). Make sure the lid is tightly secured & place it in the freezer for up to 4-6 months.

When you are ready to enjoy your cookies, take the container out of the freezer at least 12 hours prior to consumption. Leave the container sit at room temp with the lid on for at least 6-8 hours before eating as condensation can occur and affect the quality of the cookie.
